Sin Hai, our Senior Manager, Department Head of Sales and Services, brings over 20 years of experience in welding jobs, machine tuning, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC). He has worked extensively in the CNC industry, which involves automating the control, movement, and precision of machine tools, including cutting tools that can be automated with CNC technology. Additionally, he has experience in using CNC for controlling non-machine tools such as welding equipment, electronic assembly, and filament-winding machines, contributing to manufacturing and production line processes. Over the past decade, he has deepened his expertise and technical knowledge in the electronic field. Now, as part of Arthur Tan's groundbreaking Plasma Technology team, he envisions limitless possibilities. Together, armed with knowledge and passion, we aim to create a world where health and progress harmonize for a brighter tomorrow. Today, she stands as a key member of Arthur Tan's pioneering team in Plasma Technology, contributing her expertise to finance and corporate operations, and leading the charge in statutory and management reporting for the Group. Not just limited to his own ventures, Dato’ Lai Lay Lee also holds the position of Director in his company. On top of that, he's proudly leading the way as the Chairman of the SME Association of Malaysia in Perlis, showing his dedication to growing businesses and fostering collaboration.
