The Plasma Detox Wellness Oven uses AI technology to recognise different types of products and optimise the treatment process for suitable items. Follow the 5 simple steps below to operate it safely (1–5 minutes).

Power On

Insert the 3-pin plug (240 V) and switch on the power.

Place Suitable Items Inside

  • Open the door of the oven.
  • Prepare a suitable plate (any type) for the items.
  • Place suitable items on the plate, such as:
    • Fruits, vegetables, and dry food items
    • Jewellery, household utensils, baby products, and masks
    • Other suitable dry items
  • Place the prepared plate inside the chamber.
  • Close the door securely before operating.

Select the Operating Time

Set the time on the touchscreen.

Minimum 1 minute Maximum 5 minutes

Start

Press the START button to begin the process.

Finish

Wait until the process is complete. When the buzzer sounds, the cycle has finished — open the door manually.

What Should NOT Be Placed Inside (Household Model)

  • N1 — Items containing excessive water or liquid.
  • N2 — Open containers of water or other liquids.

Important: Avoid placing any open water source inside the chamber, as it may affect the performance and safe operation of the oven. The household model is strictly not for business use.

Contact the Service Centre If…

  • The buzzer sounds continuously while the oven is operating.
  • The door does not seal or create vacuum properly.
  • The vacuum pump produces abnormal or excessive noise.

After-Sales Maintenance

Follow the recommended maintenance schedule for optimal performance:

  • Vacuum Pump Air Filter — replace every 6 months.
  • Vacuum Pump — service every 6 months.
  • RF Generator — service once every year.

Please read and follow the instructions below carefully.

  1. Do not use unauthorised service providers to repair the machine or replace the oxygen (O₂) gas. Only use our company's approved O₂ gas and authorised service engineer.
  2. The company will not be responsible for any damage, injury, accident, or death resulting from:
    • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
    • Replacement of parts by unauthorised personnel.
    • Use of non-approved O₂ gas or other replacement components.

Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty and compromise the safe operation of the Plasma Detox Wellness Oven (Household Model).
